Recruitment Chair 

Responsibilities: 

• Organize recruitment efforts including 8th Grade Fall Tailgate, Parent Night Carnival, 5th Grade Band-o-rama visit, and Middle School Concert Recruitment Booths. 

• Other Recruitment and rentention efforts and activites

Skills: 

• Strong organizational and event planning skills. 

• Effective communication and public speaking abilities. 

• Ability to engage and motivate new members and volunteers. 

• Experience in recruitment or outreach is beneficial. 

Recommendations: 

• Develop engaging presentations and materials for recruitment events. 

• Build relationships with potential recruits and their families. 

• Work closely with other chairs to align recruitment activities with overall booster goals. 

Time Commitment: Moderate to high.
