Tailgate Coordinator 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all tailgate preparations for the marching band season. 

• Maintain Volunteer roster

• Coordinate volunteers and assign tasks

• Work closely with each Competition Meal Coordinator for each competition. 

• Assist in planning the 8th Grade Fall Tailgate along with the Recruitment Chair. 

Skills: 

• Strong organizational and planning skills. 

• Ability to coordinate large-scale events. 

• Good communication and leadership skills. 

• Experience in event planning or hospitality is beneficial. 

Recommendations: 

• Develop a comprehensive plan for each tailgate event. 

• Ensure all materials and supplies are prepared in advance. 

• Work closely with volunteers to delegate tasks effectively. 

Time Commitment: Moderate to high during the fall marching season.
